Our Team

Matthew Wood

Matthew started Bounce Services in 2005 because the company he worked for was sold and so he was sad and wanted to keep paying his mortgage and keep his wife happy with a selection of good ladies footwear.

​

After realizing that a lot of small businesses in the area were trying to operate with unmanaged Information Technology, he was carefully mentored into making a business of his own based on integrity, professionalism and efficiency.  It hasn't made riches for him and his family, but slowly and surely, the business was able to grow and eventually hire some other people so that Matthew could someday take a little break from working and even have a second child, since the first one was getting old.

Nathan Rangitaawa

For fifteen years, Nathan has stood as a steadfast guardian of Bounce, guiding its daily workings with the wisdom of a seasoned ranger and the precision of a master smith.
As Operations Manager, he ensures that every task, great or small, is met with unwavering diligence.
 
Much like a skilled diplomat navigating the courts of Men, Elves, and Dwarves, Nathan has a rare gift—an ability to connect with all people, forging strong alliances and keeping the wheels of progress ever turning. 
Whether in times of calm or chaos, he remains the steady hand that keeps the realm of Bounce thriving.

Dan Turner

Fun fact, Dan is Matthew's son-in-law.  

Nepotism aside, Dan is a quiet and unassuming mountain of a man that could eat small children for breakfast, but instead, applies this hunger to learning all manner of IT concepts.  


After seven years with Bounce Services, Dan has become a key contributor to all operations of the business, including specializations in many areas that he really doesn't like much at all.  Printers, phone systems, Sharepoint just to name a few...

However, he takes every problem and works through it until it is resolved or at the very least, vastly improved. 

Alex Brown

Alex keeps the office vibe sounding highly educated with his exquisite British accent.  Now after five years with the Bounce Services team though, he is more and more of an Australian than he might care to admit, and he has the permanent residency and mortgage to prove it.

Alex started with Bounce Services during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, which provided the perfect opportunity to get in some useful on-the-job style training that allowed for his effervescent style of resolving Help Desk issues and his unparalleled prioritization of Customer Service.
